# Finance Act 2015, Paragraph 13


(1) In Part 8 of CTA 2010, Chapter 5A (extended ring fence expenditure supplement for onshore activities) is repealed.
(2) Accordingly, section 69 of and Schedule 14 to FA 2014 are also repealed.
