# Finance Act 2016, Paragraph 69


In FA 2011—
(a) in Part 6 of Schedule 23 (consequential provisions) omit paragraph 64(3), and
(b) in Schedule 26 omit paragraph 1(2)(a)(i) (which amended section 231B of ICTA), including the “and” at the end.
