# Finance Act 2017, Paragraph 39


(1) Section 160 (benefit of van fuel treated as earnings) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1)(b), after “154” insert “ or 154A ”.
(3) At the end insert—
“(5) This section is subject to section 160A.”
