# Finance Act 2018, Paragraph 8


(1) Paragraph 3 is amended as follows.
(2) After sub-paragraph (1) insert—
“(1A) But sub-paragraph (1) is subject to paragraph 7A.”
(3) In sub-paragraph (7), in the opening words, for “may become” substitute “ is also ”.
