# Finance Act 2018, Paragraph 9


In paragraph 6—
(a) after sub-paragraph (1) insert—
“(1A) But sub-paragraph (1) is subject to paragraph 7A.”, and
(b) in sub-paragraph (3) for “and (7)” substitute “ to (8) ”.
