  "text": "(1) This paragraph applies if—\n(a) an election under paragraph 8 of Schedule 5AAA to TCGA 1992 (election for CIV to be treated as partnership for purposes of Act) has effect in respect of an offshore collective investment vehicle (within the meaning of that Schedule),\n(b) a disposal is made of property that is the subject of or held by the vehicle,\n(c) the disposal is made before the day on which this election is made, and\n(d) a person is required to make a return under this Schedule in respect of the disposal.\n(2) The disposal is treated for the purposes of this Part of this Schedule as if it completed on the day on which the election is made.",
