# Finance Act 2020, Paragraph 16


In Schedule 41 to FA 2008, in the table in paragraph 3(1) for the entry relating to section 14F(2) of HODA 1979 substitute—
“
HODA 1979 section 14F(8)
Rebated heavy oil, biodiesel or bioblend
”.
