# Finance Act 2024, Paragraph 114: Amendments of the Registered Pension Schemes (Provision of Information) Regulations 2006

In regulation 11BB (information provided by members to scheme administrators: overseas transfers), in paragraph (1)(b)—
(a) in paragraph (i), for “the” substitute “an”;
(b) in paragraph (ii)—
(i) for “required” substitute “excluded from the overseas transfer charge under section 244AC”;
(ii) omit the words from “to be” to the end.
