  "text": "(1) The Treasury may make transitional, transitory or saving provision (in addition to that contained in paragraphs 126 to 132) in connection with the coming into force of any amendment made by section 14 or this Schedule.\n(2) Regulations under this paragraph may—\n(a) insert provision into this Part of this Schedule;\n(b) amend any provision of paragraphs 126 to 132;\n(c) make different provision for different purposes.",
