# Finance Act 2024, Paragraph 35: Amendments of Part 4 of FA 2004 (pension schemes etc)

(1) Paragraph 12 (interpretation) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit sub-paragraphs (1A) to (4).
(3) In sub-paragraph (5), for “4A(2)” substitute “3C(2)”.
