# Finance Act 2025, Paragraph 38: Inheritance Tax (Delivery of Accounts) (Excepted Estates) Regulations 2004 (S.I. 2004/2543)

In regulation 2 (interpretation)—
(a) the existing text becomes paragraph (1);
(b) after that paragraph insert—
“(2) A reference in these Regulations to a person’s being domiciled in the United Kingdom includes a reference to the person’s being treated as so domiciled for the purposes of the 1984 Act.”
