  "text": "(1) Section 227 (application of Part to joint venture groups) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1)—\n(a) in the words before paragraph (a)—\n(i) after “but” insert “in their application by virtue of this subsection”,\n(ii) after “Part”, in the second place it occurs, insert “, this Chapter other than this section and section 226”, and\n(iii) for “apply” substitute “have effect”;\n(b) in paragraph (c), for “the multinational” substitute “each respective multinational”.\n(3) In subsection (2), for “Part,” substitute “Part (in its application by virtue of subsection (1)),”\n(4) In subsection (3)—\n(a) after “But” insert “(in the application of this Part by virtue of subsection (1))”;\n(b) for “that” substitute “the joint venture”.",
