# Finance Act 2026, Paragraph 28

In section 503 (how beneficiary’s income is reduced), in subsection (2), omit the “and” before “fourth” and for the entry relating to “fourth” substitute—
“fourth, reduce property income (if any), and
fifth, reduce other income (if any).”
