Paragraph 16 Consequential provision

in sub-paragraph (1), for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)

it is a game of bingo in which two or more persons participate on the same premises,”;

after sub-paragraph (4) insert—

“(5)

In this paragraph, “bingo” includes any version of that game, whatever name it is called.”
