# Finance Act 2026, Paragraph 7: Other amendments

In section 49 of TCTA 2018 in the definition of “excise duty”—
(a) omit the “or” after paragraph (b), and
(b) after paragraph (c), insert—
“or
(d) Part 4 of the Finance Act 2026 (vaping products duty)”.
