# Finance Act 2026, Paragraph 17: Transfers from mixed funds

In section 809Q of ITA 2007, in subsection (9)—
(a) omit paragraph (a), and
(b) in paragraph (b)—
(i) for “that Part of that Schedule” substitute “Part 1 of Schedule 10 to FA 2025”, and
(ii) after “8(7)” insert “of that Schedule”.
