In section 1142 (agent of independent status), in subsection (2)—
(a) in the words before paragraph (a) for “1151” substitute “1150”,
(b) in paragraph (a), at the end insert “or”, and
(c) omit paragraph (c) (and the “or” at the end of paragraph (b)).
