  "heading": "Sales ban following conviction for unlawful use of premises",
  "text": "(1) If a person is convicted of an offence under section 130(2), the court by which the person is convicted of the offence may make an order prohibiting the use of the premises in respect of which the offence was committed for the sale of vaping products.\n(2) The term of the order may not exceed twelve months.\n(3) It is an offence for a manager of premises to cause or permit the premises to be used in breach of an order under this section.\n(4) In this section, “manager of premises” has the meaning given in section 130.",
