# Finance (No. 2) Act 1992, Paragraph 18

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 17(1) (exemptions), at the end there shall be inserted “ and an acquisition of goods from another member State is an exempt acquisition if the goods are acquired in pursuance of an exempt supply. ”
