# Finance (No. 2) Act 1992, Paragraph 53

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In each of paragraphs 5 and 5A(1) of that Schedule (entitlement to be registered), after “registered" there shall be inserted “ under this Act and is not already so registered ”.
