# Finance (No. 2) Act 2017, Paragraph 36


In Schedule 36 to FA 2008 (information and inspection powers), in paragraphs 21(4) and 21ZA(3), at the end insert “ so far as relating to the matters to which the taxpayer notice relates ”.
