# Finance (No. 2) Act 2017, Paragraph 120


(1) Paragraph 75A (assessment on other claimant companies) is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraph (2) omit “group”.
(3) In sub-paragraph (6) omit “for group relief”.
