# Finance (No. 2) Act 2017, Paragraph 187


In section 125 (group relief), at the end insert—
“(4) For provision about the application of Part 5A of CTA 2010 (group relief for carried-forward losses) in relation to BLAGAB trade losses see subsections (3) to (5) of section 188BB of that Act.”
