(a) in subsection (2)—
(i) for “accepts a recommendation by the TRA” substitute “decides”;
(ii) for “the recommendation” substitute “the decision”.
(b) in subsection (3)—
(i) for “accepts a recommendation by the TRA” substitute “decides”;
(ii) for “the recommendation” substitute “the decision”.
(c) in subsection (4)—
