  "text": "The following is hereby added to section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 after paragraph (bb):\n“(cc) the programme known as the Mersey Basin Campaign, in so far as it relates to the protection, improvement or better understanding of the environment, administered by the Mersey Basin Business Foundation;\n(dd) Going For Green Limited, in so far as the activities of that company relate to the protection, improvement or better understanding of the environment.”.",
