# The Financial Assistance for Environmental Purposes Order 1998, Article 2: Variation of section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990


In section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (purposes for which financial assistance may be given) there shall be inserted after paragraph (ff)
“(gg) The Wales Wildlife and Countryside Link.”.
