Article 2 Variation of section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990

In section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990^f1 (purposes for which financial assistance may be given) for paragraph (bb) there shall be substituted—

“(bb)

the programme known as Radon Measurement and Support for Remedial Works Campaigns in England;”.
