# The Financial Assistance for Environmental Purposes Order 2005, Article 1: Citation, extent and commencement

Extent: E+W+S+NI

This Order—
(a) may be cited as the Financial Assistance for Environmental Purposes Order 2005;
(b) extends to England and Wales and Northern Ireland only; and
(c) shall come into force on 29th July 2005.
