  "long_title": "This Order varies section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (c. 43) in two respects. First, this Order replaces paragraph (uu) of that section with a new paragraph which enables the Secretary of State, with the consent of the Treasury, to give financial assistance to, or for the purposes of, the International Sustainable Development Fund (“ISDF”). Paragraph (uu) formerly related to the scheme known as the UK Environment for Europe Fund. Secondly, this Order omits paragraph (ww), which related to the scheme known as the World Summit on Sustainable Development Implementation Fund.",
