# The Financial Assistance for Environmental Purposes Order 2021, Article 1: Citation, extent and commencement


This Order—
(a) may be cited as the Financial Assistance for Environmental Purposes Order 2021;
(b) extends to England and Wales and Northern Ireland; and
(c) comes into force on 27th September 2021.
