# The Financial Regulators' Powers (Technical Standards etc.) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 6: Amendment of the Bank of England Act 1998


In Schedule 6A to the Bank of England Act 1998 , in paragraph 17(9)—
(a) after paragraph (f), insert—
“(fa) making technical standards in accordance with Chapter 2A of Part 9A of that Act ;”
(b) after paragraph (g), insert—
“(h) making EU Exit instruments under the Financial Regulators' Powers (Technical Standards) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.”.
