  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force on 19th June 1995 section 212(3) of and Schedule 17 to the Financial Services Act 1986, to the extent necessary to repeal Part III of and Schedule 3 to the Companies Act 1985 for all purposes except the interpretation of certain other provisions of the latter Act.(This note is not part of the Order)\nThe following provisions of the Financial Services Act 1986 have been brought into force by commencement orders made before the date of this Order.\nProvisions of the Act\nS.I.
