# The Financial Services Act 1986 (Delegation) Order 1987, Article 3: Transfer of functions


Except as provided in Schedule 1 to this Order and subject to the provisions of article 4, all those functions of the Secretary of State to which section 114 of the Act applies and which are specified in subsection (4) of that section are hereby transferred to the designated agency.
