  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order provides for certain exemptions from the provisions of the Financial Services Act 1986 additional to those specified in Chapter IV of Part I of that Act. The persons specified are exempted to the extent specified in the Order from the requirement to obtain authorisation under the Act in respect of any investment business they carry on.",
