  "text": "After Article 444 of that order there shall be inserted—\n“ Disclosure of information by Department\n444A The Department may, if it thinks fit, disclose any information obtained under this Part—\n(a) to any person who is a competent authority for the purposes of Article 442, or\n(b) in any circumstances in which or for any purpose for which that Article does not preclude the disclosure of the information to which it applies.”.",
