# Financial Services Act 1986 (repealed), Paragraph 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 41(1)(a) of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 after the words “the Telecommunications Act 1984" there shall be inserted the words “or Chapter XIV of Part I of the Financial Services Act 1986".
