# Financial Services Act 1986 (repealed), Paragraph 18

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 209(1)(c) of the Companies Act 1985 for the words “the Prevention of Fraud (Investments) Act 1958" there shall be substituted the words “the Financial Services Act 1986".
