  "text": "In Schedule 24 to the Companies Act 1985—\n(a) in the second column of the entry relating to section 329(3) for the words “stock exchange\" there shall be substituted the words “investment exchange\"; and\n(b) after the entry relating to section 427(5) there shall be inserted—\n“\n429(6)\nOfferor failing to send copy of notice or making statutory declaration knowing it to be false, etc.\n1.
