# Financial Services Act 1986 (repealed), Paragraph 6

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The organisation must have effective arrangements for the investigation of complaints against the organisation or its members.
(2) The arrangements may make provision for the whole or part of that function to be performed by and to be the responsibility of a body or person independent of the organisation.
