  "text": "(1) Section 168 (appointment of persons to carry out investigations in particular cases) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (4), in paragraph (c), for “an authorised person” substitute “ a person ”.\n(3) In that subsection, after paragraph (h) insert—\n“(ha) a person may have performed a controlled function without approval for the purposes of section 63A;”.",
