# Financial Services Act 2010, Paragraph 24


(1) Section 223 (FSCS manager's management expenses) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3), in paragraph (c), after “214B” insert “ or 214D ”.
(3) After that paragraph insert—
“(d) under Part 15A.”
