  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Financial Services Act 2012 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2013.\n(2) In this Order—\n“the Act” means the Financial Services Act 2012;\n“the 1998 Act” means the Bank of England Act 1998;\n“the 2000 Act” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.",
