# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2013, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Financial Services Act 2012 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2013.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Financial Services Act 2012;
“the 1998 Act” means the Bank of England Act 1998;
“the 2000 Act” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
