  "heading": "Appointed days for the coming into force of certain provisions of the Act",
  "text": "(1) 24th January 2013 is the day appointed for the coming into force of—\n(a) the provisions of the Act listed in Part 1 of the Schedule for all purposes;\n(b) the provisions of the Act listed in Part 2 of the Schedule, for the purposes of making orders or regulations;\n(c) the provisions of the Act listed in Part 3 of the Schedule, for the purposes specified in that Part.\n(2) 19th February 2013 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Act listed in Part 4 of the Schedule, for the purposes of making appointments.",
