# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2013, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Financial Services Act 2012 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2013.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Financial Services Act 2012.
