Article 2 Appointed day for the coming into force of Schedule 4 to the Act for limited purposes

27th February 2013 is the day appointed for the coming into force of Schedule 4 to the Act (EEA passport rights and Treaty rights) for the purpose of making orders or regulations (in so far as not already in force).
