  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force sections 100, 101 and 102 of the Financial Services Act 2012 (c.21) (“the Act”) on 1st August 2014 for all remaining purposes. This is the fifth commencement order to be made under the Act.\nThis Order will have no effect on the costs of business and the voluntary sector independent of the provision this Order brings into force. For that reason, no impact assessment has been produced for this instrument.",
