  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force subsections (1), (2), (5) and (6) of section 96, and sections 98 and 99 of the Financial Services Act 2012 (c. 21) (“the Act”), which amend the Banking Act 2009, on 1st January 2015. This is the sixth commencement order to be made under the Act.\nThis Order will have no effect on the costs of business and the voluntary sector independent of the provision this Order brings into force. For that reason, no impact assessment has been produced for this instrument.",
