In column 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 (List of Government departments and other bodies whose views must be sought) to the Company, Limited Liability Partnership and Business Names (Sensitive Words and Expressions) Regulations 2009^f1, for “Financial Services Authority”, in each place it appears, substitute “Financial Conduct Authority”.
