  "text": "(1) In the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 listed in sub-paragraph (2), for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority”.\n(2) The provisions are—\n(a) section 124(4AA) (application for winding up);\n(b) section 124C(1)(b) and (2)(b) (petition for winding up a European cooperative society).",
